Call 510-384-2773 or email Michelle with the date, time and location of the event as well as the number of guests you are expecting. If Michelle is available she will put you on her calendar and ask you to fill out a performance contract. |

The performance contract can be downloaded here. Please fill it out, sign it, and get it back to Michelle via post, fax or email. That's it, you are booked! |
